We’ve weathered storms like this for 70+ years. Although this is a little different from what any of us have seen before, we handle it the same way we always have—only this time there’s a lot less “handling.”

  1. Contactless Process: Schedule an appointment for your roof repair or replacement, and every part of the process can be contactless.

  2. Using Technology: FaceTime, Skype, email…we’re using all tools at our disposal to ensure exceptional customer service and quality craftsmanship that you can expect from Shumaker Roofing.

  3. Protective Gear: We’re always prepared with hand sanitizer, booties, gloves, and masks for the health and safety of our customers and our team members.

  4. Private Live-Streaming: We love how technology helps us get things done more efficiently and effectively than ever. We’re using a new service where we can privately stream to you while we’re on the roof so that you can hear and see what we’re identifying as a problem area in real-time.

  5. Avoid Spreading Illness: We’re doing the elbow bump instead of shaking hands. Our team is required to stay home if they are showing any signs of illness. And we are asking you to please reschedule your appointment if you are sick and need to talk to one of our team members face-to-face.
